Lunch conceived for bétonsalon on the 12th of December 2009. A hundred guests received a printed place mat, that served also as a menu. On the menu, the entrée was represented by a text about a selection of events that happened on a 12th of December. The underlined words corresponding to the names of the hundred individual quiches that were made for the occasion.
